Return Process

  Log into your Tool Nirvana account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Tools

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
