For oversized items like table saws and lathes, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days via freight delivery. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Do your power tools come with a warranty?
Yes, all power tools sold at Tool Nirvana come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for professional-grade equipment at checkout.
What is your return policy for used tools?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Tools must be in their original packaging. If the tool has been used, a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a mechanical defect.
Do you offer bulk discounts for contractors?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and may need to be handled as a standard return.
